We specialise in one-on-one support working with clients and their families to ensure we provide the best service possible. We match up clients with workers chosen by you and who we believe are best suited. We pair workers with participants that have similar interests to help the individual feel comfortable, create a lasting friendship and succeed in hitting goals. The Journey provides a range of flexible supports both in-home and out in the community.

Our Short Term Accommodation respite trips are completely flexible and can range from a relaxing weekend trip in a resort to a action packed adventure camp. We make sure your funding is used in the best way possible, ensuring your trip away is exactly how you imagined it.
